Yesterday's Run and Walkathon, organized by dtS to promote health and fitness among women, was a huge success, showcasing the power, vitality, and strong will of today's women as women from diverse backgrounds gathered to kickstart their Sunday morning with a healthy dose of exercise. It was a refreshing sight to see the participants marching forward with enthusiasm and energy, surrounded by the cool breeze and picturesque environment.

Amidst their multiple roles and responsibilities, women often tend to put their health and fitness on the backburner. But yesterday's event was a perfect reminder of how crucial it is to prioritize our well-being and take care of ourselves.

The walkathon spanned 5.5 km and witnessed remarkable participation, with most participants completing it within 26 to 45 minutes. The event was followed by a sumptuous breakfast, a participation certificate, and a gift hamper for all the participants, making it a perfect start to a healthy day.

The highlight of the event was when the school Principal, Mrs. Maya Fernandes, felicitated Sunata Dutta Boruah, an active running enthusiast, and a source of inspiration for many in various running communities. Her dedication and passion for fitness left everyone motivated and inspired.
